Privacy Notice
This notice describes the current privacy position of SaaSPillar.com. It is written for the site as it operates now: an independent static publication without user accounts, public forms, authenticated ratings, newsletter signup, or enabled visitor analytics.
SaaSPillar.com is currently a project name and domain, not a registered company. References to “SaaSPillar.com,” “we,” or “the site” in this notice refer to the operator of this website. The notice must be updated with the appropriate legal identity and contact information if a business or other formal operating entity is established.
Information the site currently processes
The current application does not intentionally ask visitors to create an account or submit personal information through a public form. It does not currently operate authenticated user ratings, personalized profiles, comments, payment collection, or newsletter registration.
Like most websites, the hosting, network, DNS, and security infrastructure may process limited technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site. Depending on the provider and configuration, this may include:
- IP address and approximate network location;
- request time, requested URL, referring URL, and response status;
- browser, device, operating-system, and protocol information;
- security events and signals used to detect abuse, bots, attacks, or service failures.
This technical processing is controlled partly by the infrastructure provider’s operation and retention practices. SaaSPillar.com does not treat ordinary infrastructure logs as user profiles or use them to publish individualized reader histories.
Cookies and local storage
The present static build is not intended to set advertising, personalization, or visitor analytics cookies. Essential security or delivery infrastructure may nevertheless use strictly necessary mechanisms depending on the active hosting and protection configuration.
If analytics, consent preferences, authentication, ratings, or another feature later requires cookies or browser storage, the site will document the purpose, duration, provider, and available controls before treating that feature as active.
Analytics
The site configuration currently keeps the planned analytics provider disabled. No analytics service should be considered active merely because it appears in source code or a planning document.
Before analytics is enabled, this notice and any required consent mechanism will be updated to describe the provider, data collected, purpose, retention, legal basis, opt-out controls, and whether information is transferred across jurisdictions.
Affiliate links and external destinations
Public affiliate links are not currently active in the initial content-establishment phase. If they are introduced, an affiliate network or merchant may receive information when a visitor follows the link, including attribution parameters and ordinary request data. The relevant external provider’s privacy notice governs its own processing.
SaaSPillar.com does not control the privacy, security, cookies, accounts, checkout, or data retention practices of external websites. A link is not an endorsement of every external practice.
Contact forms, email and corrections
The public contact channel is not yet active. The Contact page will be updated before the site invites visitors to submit messages or personal information.
When a contact form or monitored address is introduced, this notice will explain which data is required, why it is processed, how long it is kept, who can access it, and how spam/security screening such as Cloudflare Turnstile is used. Sensitive information should not be submitted until a verified channel and appropriate instructions are published.
Future accounts and ratings
Google Sign-In, authenticated profiles, saved items, and community ratings are future concepts, not current features. They will require a separate privacy and security review covering account identifiers, authentication data, rating history, abuse prevention, deletion, retention, processor terms, and user controls before launch.
Data sharing
SaaSPillar.com does not currently sell personal information or intentionally provide visitor profiles to data brokers. Technical information may be processed by infrastructure providers to the extent required to deliver, secure, diagnose, and operate the website.
Information may also need to be preserved or disclosed where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, protect the security and rights of users or the site, investigate abuse, or respond to a valid legal request. This statement is not a claim that every possible legal regime applies to the current project.
Retention and security
The site aims to minimize retained personal data. Infrastructure providers may retain logs or security events according to their current configurations and policies. Exact retention periods will be documented when the production hosting and security configuration is finalized.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. SaaSPillar.com uses a static-first design and intends to avoid collecting information that is not necessary for an active feature.
Individual rights
Privacy rights vary by jurisdiction and may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or the ability to complain to a supervisory authority. A practical request channel and operator details must be published before SaaSPillar.com begins collecting personal information directly through forms, accounts, analytics, or ratings.
Children
SaaSPillar.com is designed for business and professional-learning decisions and is not directed to children. The current site does not knowingly request information from children through accounts or public submission features.
Changes to this notice
This notice will be reviewed before activating analytics, a newsletter, contact form,
authentication, community ratings, ecommerce, payments, or another feature that materially
changes data processing. The Last updated date must reflect a genuine substantive change,
not an automatic build timestamp.
Because no formal business entity or monitored privacy channel currently exists, this is an interim operational notice rather than a claim of legal completeness for every jurisdiction.
